All bonuses and promotions offered by u8asia — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, rebates, and special bonuses for festive occasions or sporting events — are subject to specific terms of use stated alongside each offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, rollover requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits.
How Rollover Is Calculated: If a bonus of RM100 carries a 20x rollover requirement, you must place a total of RM2,000 in wagers (RM100 × 20) before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The u8asia welcome bonus of up to RM500 is limited to a single claim per new player. This bonus cannot be claimed alongside other promotions unless stated otherwise. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple account registrations is a serious violation of these Terms.
U8asia uses sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including hedging between accounts, the use of strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, and any form of player collusion to exploit promotions. Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be frozen and associated bonuses voided without prior notice.

In the event of a system failure during an active game session — such as an internet disconnection, server outage, or software error — u8asia will attempt to restore the session to its last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, any bets placed at the time of the technical failure will be refunded to the player's account. u8asia is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures on the player's end, such as internet disruptions or device malfunctions.
Every table and game at u8asia has clearly stated minimum and maximum betting limits, displayed before play begins. These limits may vary by game type, table category, and player membership status. u8asia reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.
The Sports Betting section at u8asia covers a wide range of sports and leagues, including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), BWF badminton, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, CS2, and over 30 other sports categories. All confirmed bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled by the player once accepted by the system.
If a match on which a bet has been placed is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, u8asia reserves the right to void the related bet and return the stake to the player's account. For parlay or accumulator bets involving a cancelled match, the relevant selection will be removed from the parlay and the odds recalculated based on the remaining selections.
While u8asia strives to ensure the accuracy of all published odds, technical or human errors may occur. u8asia reserves the right to correct any obvious and significant odds errors and to cancel or adjust any bets placed based on such erroneous odds. u8asia's decision in these matters is final.
In-play or live betting available during an ongoing match is subject to processing time limits. u8asia reserves the right to reject or void any in-play bet received after the relevant event has already occurred, even if a confirmation was displayed to the player due to live stream delays.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u8asia platform and may result in immediate account closure and freezing of all funds:
U8asia cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, and financial crime. Suspected serious cases will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, u8asia's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. u8asia is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity claimed by players.
